Sylvia Humble is an inclusive song leader who is passionate about bringing community together to share the joy of singing in harmony, regardless of age, experience or perceived “talent”. Recently returning to her love of songwriting and performing after 20 years on the shelf, Sylvia now helps others to free their voice and rediscover the joy of singing, imperfectly. In 2019, she founded “Sing Again”, a fun and encouraging community choir which now meets every week at the McMillan Arts Centre and Parksville Community Park. Joy, freedom of expression, and connection are at the heart of Sylvia’s choir, by-ear harmony teaching, and custom sing-along events.
