Free your voice and sing in harmony by ear, in a joyful, inclusive song circle. On Monday nights April Laurie leads us in a vocal play warmup and accompanies us on percussion. All voices are welcome, whether you consider yourself a singer or not. We have a diverse range of voices from beginners to experienced harmonizers - every voice belongs, and it’s all about joy and human connection, rather than performance or perfection.
Learn harmony-rich songs from the community singing movement, inspiring, uplifting, healing songs, world music and a few folk, pop, and sea shanties! Some songs are taught by ear in 3 or 4 parts, and on some songs we’ll let the harmonies happen organically.
OPEN HOUSE April 28 - by donation. Subsequent drop-in price is $20 (or become a member for the 6 week series for $80); no one turned away for lack of funds.
